In the last blog, I have briefly written about how Beliefs Formation happens. Mostly beliefs get formed unconsciously through parenting, environment and experiences. Beliefs drive our lives. It is very much worth to review (all ), re-install (empowering) and remove (dis empowering) beliefs. You can list down all your beliefs just to see what kind of beliefs you are carrying.
